  • Product Shipping (and Return Shipping) Practices Are Based On Our Suppliers Shipping Policies and Vary Based On Product Category.
  • Items Will Be Shipped For FREE After Purchase On Our Site, But May Be Subject To Fees/Cost (Of Shipping) In The Event of A Return, Unless The Item Received Was Defective or The Incorrect Item.
  • The Estimated Time Of Shipping/Delivery Of Orders Is Provided To The Buyers E-Mail After Purchase and Order Has Been Processed and Accepted As An Accurate and Eligible Order.
  • The Time of Shipping (and Delivery) Of The Purchased Product Is Not Guaranteed and May Arrive Before or After Provided Delivery Time Estimate Depending On Many Circumstances Outside The Control Of The Owners/Administrators Of Sirblexington.com. Examples Of These Situations Include but Are Not Limited To, Inclement/Unfavorable Weather, 3rd Party Delivery Service Accidents/Incidents, and MANY Other Possible Known/Unknown Situations Not Stated In This Policy.
  • Shipping Times Can Vary Based On Many Instances Including, Type Of Product Ordered, Stock Amount (Sold Out Items and Back Ordered), Location of Suppliers, etc. and Could Take Anywhere Between 4 days up to 4 Business Weeks (if not more) To Receive, Items Will Be Given Tracking and Delivery Estimates After Purchase and Processing and If Provided (By Suppliers and/or Delivery Service), Tracking Numbers/Information Will Be Forwarded To Our Customers As Soon As They Become Available To Us (sirblexington.com Administrators).

Refunds & Returns:

  • Refunds & Returns/Exchanges Are Accepted On ALL Incorrect/Damaged Items Within 7 Days As Long As The Item Is In The Original Packaging and Proof (Picture or Video Proving Defect or Wrong Item Received) Is Provided By Sending Us An Email to Support@ Sirblexington.com (Put the word Exchange or Refund in the Subject line Depending On Which You’d Prefer, A Full Refund or Exchange For Correct Item)
  • For Incorrect Items, IF POSSIBLE, We Will Provide Expedited Shipping Of The Correct Item To The Customer At No Additional Cost To The Customer.
  • Damaged and Incorrect Items(Wrong item, wrong color, wrong size, etc.) Can Be Exchanged For The Correct Item or A Refund (Following The Guidelines Listed In The Shipping/Returns Policy On This Page).
  • Unwanted Items Can Be Returned Within 3 Days Of The Delivery Date As Long As The Item Is Unused and in The Original Packaging.
  • Cost Of Return Shipping Will Be Taken From The Refund Amount Of ALL Unwanted Items Returned.
  • All Damaged/Incorrect Items Returned (If Proven/Accepted) Will NOT Be Charged A Return Shipping Cost.
  • After Sending An Email With The Proper Information To Start The Process Of A Return/Refund We Will Send A Response Email With The Proper Address In Which You Can Send The Item Back To Us.
  • DO NOT PUBLICLY DISPLAY OR DISCLOSE THE ITEM RETURN ADDRESS TO ANY PERSON(S) OR ENTITIES FOR ANY REASON(S)! WE MAY TAKE LEGAL ACTION (TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW) AGAINST ANY PARTY IN VIOLATION OF THIS RULE!
  • Any Item(s) Returned Without The Fully Expressed Consent Of Sirblexington.com or It’s Administrators or Consent Provided By Following The Return Process Displayed On This Page WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AND NO RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND/OR REFUND WILL BE RECOGNIZED OR GIVEN.
